1. Who we are

Spade Software ("we", "us") is [legal entity name], registered in [country], and sells software products through spade.software. Contact: support@spade.software.

2. Licenses

When you buy a license we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product. A Lifetime license does not expire. A subscription license is valid while your subscription is paid; it renews automatically until you cancel. One license is for one person, who may use it on all of their own machines.

3. Free trial

Each product may be used free of charge for the trial period stated on its page, for evaluation only.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew at the then-current price; you can cancel at any time from the My license page and keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Restrictions

You may not resell, share, or publish license keys, or circumvent license checks.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
